Our current mortgage came to an end, so we contacted Victoria Newton Finance to see what our options were. The result was better than expected. We now have an offset mortgage, which I hadn't heard off before. Victoria advised us about the benefits of this type of mortgage and we are row reaping the rewards; offsetting our savings against our mortgage balance, so we pay less interest and pay off our mortgage quicker. Thanks for all of your help Victoria. I've already given your number to lots of friend and will be back in touch when we are due to remortgage again.

I got in touch with Victoria Newton Finance to see if it was possible to buy my council house and from that very first phone call Victoria took care of everything. She found out if I was eligible to buy my home, helped me complete the application to the council and of course found me the most competitive mortgage rate. I am now a home owner and am paying the same amount per month for my mortgage, as I was for my council tenant rent. Victoria also made sure that I was properly insured, so that I know my family will be financially secure should anything happen to me, as the main bread winner. I'm so glad I made that phone call. Victoria friendly approach was the reason we decided to use her advice. We had been to our estate agents financial advisor and been into quite a few banks but it was Victoria who found us the best rate. Every thing was explained thoroughly throughout the process which really helped as we were first time buyers and didn't know much about buying a house. She did offer us other services such as life insurance but was not pushy with it. She just asked us the relevant questions and left the quote with us to think about. Despite this being the first time we have bought a house we can't imagine there's many better people who could advise you with your mortgage. Once our 2 year rate is up we will be calling her again to discuss our choices.

I already had a life insurance policy when I met with Vicky, which was costing me £20.00 per month, put would only pay out £8000 on my death. Vicky found me an alternative policy for half the price and 6.5 times the pay out (£10 per month, £51,000). Needless to say I was thrilled and feel much happier that my family will receive such a large sum should the worst happen. It's given me peace of mind, which I'm very grateful for. Vicky is a professional, caring and knowledgeable person in her field. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family.

I am self-employed and knew a mortgage would be tricky as my accounts are limited. Victoria found me a mortgage, but then the lender lowered their rates. Now, having used various brokers is the past, I was pleasantly surprised that Victoria then organised this new rate for me, despite the extra work needed from her side, and it ended up saving me £110 a month. My previous brokers would certainly not have bothered. I am very pleased I used her as my broker, and the process from my point of view was extremely simple- Victoria told me what and when to sign, and she took all the work and admin out of my hands, which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Victoria Newton Finance as I was concerned about how much my mortgage would be when I came to the end of my current deal and wanted to make sure I got the best rate available to me. Victoria found me a much better rate, which I was extremely happy with, but days before I was due to complete, the lender we had chosen reduced their rates again, so Victoria quickly informed me and got me an even better rate. I ended up saving £196.51 per month. She also looked at my existing life and critical illness policies and advised me that I was not adequately covered, which I was not aware of, so found me more suitable policies. All in all I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Victoria to my friends.
